We know that the success of our company is due to the hard work and dedication of our team members who go above and beyond in their daily engagement. Our culture of collaboration in our open office environment and seamless unions between office space and the virtual world empower our people with powerful knowledge. Here, all team members are decision-makers. We take pride in creating an experience where team members enjoy working. We are honored to have been chosen as a USA Today Best Workplaces 2024.

Our team members build success for themselves, their families, our company, and for the communities we serve. People are at the heart of all we do.

Our story began with the teamwork of our founders, Ron Simkins and Art Lambert, coworkers over the years in the Midwest before venturing to Florida’s shores to dream up a new approach for the printing and signage business.

Though technology has evolved through the decades, our values remain constant. Our heartbeat. Our core.

Customers

Our Customers First core value means we care about learning about the challenges businesses are experiencing. We listen. We analyze the problem and develop a solution to help our customers’ businesses grow. It’s not about what products and services we want to sell. It’s about what our customers need.

We offer personal assistance from problem solvers— real people and expert technical knowledge.

When it comes to technology, we offer customers the latest innovations with quality standards they can trust for reliable, consistent performance. That is our pledge. Our people back it up.

Community

It’s people who shape our future. That’s why we offer our team members paid time off to volunteer in the communities we serve. From mentoring at-risk high school students through Take Stock in Children to help open up doors that may otherwise remain shut. Giving youth chances to not only dream, but to see dreams fulfilled. Giving them confidence that they can apply to college and aiding them in this journey.

We are committed to bridging the gap so that students are given more opportunities to sharpen their digital skills for the jobs of today and tomorrow. One such program is our partnership with State College of Florida (SCF), Manatee-Sarasota, where our IT team members offer a mentoring program coupled with the software engineering bootcamp offered through the SCF Coding Academy.

The mentoring program gives students a vision of what the IT workforce looks like from our team of professionals who have worked in the industry for over 20 years. Mentorships elevate students’ software development skills and guide them as they move out of training and launch their job search.

Other ways our team members help individuals build a more vibrant future is through community engagement and donations to nonprofits. Some organizations our team members have contributed to include Adopt a Family, All Faiths Food Bank, Light the Path, Selah Freedom, Take Stock in Children, Team Tony, and Walk to End Hunger.
