Each of these leaders has a story to tell, reflecting how they’ve contributed to S-One’s culture, growth, and adaptability over the years. 30 YEARS - Founding Vision. Ron Simkins is widely regarded for his vision and entrepreneurial spirit, which helped establish S-One as an innovative leader in the printing industry. He was pivotal in shaping the company’s early direction and fostering a culture of creativity, customer focus, and adaptability. As one of the original five members of the team, Dean Lambert played a crucial role in the company’s early developments. Reflecting on those first days, “I graduated on a Saturday from the University of Kentucky and started working in Sarasota by Sunday. Our E3 team stands for Employee Engagement and Experience. This year, our mission included three more E’s: Evolving, Engaging, and Elevating.
