Dean Lambert


Dean Lambert is a 21-year veteran of the inkjet printing industry and a founding member of the LexJet team. Dean’s primary role is to support the development of new business opportunities by working closely with S-One’s sales teams and building strong and long-lasting relationships with key S-One vendor partners and national accounts.
Justin Lehman

Justin Lehman


Justin Lehman manages worldwide sales of OEM brands, private label, and LexJet’s direct to the end user model. In his 12 year history with S-One Holdings, he has been instrumental in leading customer focused initiatives resulting in increased overall sales, market share, and profitability. Justin has been an integral part of negotiating licensing contracts with both Kodak and HP, in addition to large dealings with Fortune 50 customers with revenues exceeding $1B.

Jeff Leto


Jeff Leto is responsible for solutions training and sales development, with a special emphasis on the EMEA region. His background in environmental science and product development helps identify unique product opportunities and application solutions for our key market segments and building value with our customers.

Terry Lynn Belzer

Terry Lynn Belzer


Terry Lynn Belzer leads our global marketing team efforts including, product marketing, branding, and communications. Since joining S-One in 2012, the marketing team has retooled and redefined the marketing functions and engagement experience for S-One’s brands and companies. Beyond brand value and revenue growth, her mission is for S-One to continue to set the standard for customer relationships utilizing communications and new technologies to help resellers and users get the most out of their purchase.

Prior to joining S-One, her executive experience includes seventeen years at Levi Strauss & Co. in various marketing management positions, including Director of Customer Marketing, where she led the company’s customer marketing efforts through a period of stabilization and top line growth.

Angie Lane


Angie Lane’s primary focus is on employee satisfaction which includes training, personal and career development, communication, and developing a thriving company culture. Angie’s ultimate goal is to translate employee satisfaction into the best possible experience for S-One’s customers.
Rick Nerenhausen

Rick Nerenhausen


Rick Nerenhausen is involved in all aspects of implementing S-One’s strategic and multi-market goals. As LexJet’s eleventh employee, Rick was instrumental in the exponential growth the company experienced during its formative years. Rick became a team leader in 2004, and developed LexJet’s training program into its current six-week intensive format to better arm incoming Account Specialists with the tools they need for success.

Gina Mascio

Gina Mascio


Gina Mascio is responsible for the global finance and accounting operations of S-One. She has been with S-One since August, 2005. Prior to joining S-One, Ms. Mascio was a partner with the regional accounting firm CPA Associates. She also has previous experience with the international accounting firm, Deloitte.

Educated at Youngstown State University with a B.S. B. A. in Accounting and minors in Finance and Economics. She is also a graduate of Leadership Sarasota. Active professionally and in her community, Ms. Mascio served on the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County from 2002 to 2011. She is an active member of the AICPA and FICPA.

Jason Metnick

Jason Metnick


Jason Metnick is a seasoned leader and strategic thinker with a proven track record organizing, growing, and managing a highly profitable and visible business. He has been a key player in driving bottom line growth while increasing shareholder value, as shown by S-One’s organic and acquisition-driven growth during his 17 year tenure from $6 million in revenue to more than $140 million. Since 2006 Mr. Metnick has served as S-One’s lead for Strategic Partnerships and M&A. Vetting Ilford Imaging in 2006, Big Systems in 2007 and the purchase of Sone Systems in 2007. Most recently Jason co-lead the team in negotiations to be awarded the HP brand licensing agreement and transition the business while building S-One’s global infrastructure.

Educated at the University of Tampa with a B.S. in Management and Minor in Economics. He has also completed coursework in International Communications and International Business at Webster University, The Netherlands. Active professionally and in his community, Mr. Metnick is a past member of the G-Wiz Children’s Museum, Mote Marine Laboratory and has been a volunteer and/or board member for organizations including UCP Sarasota, The American Cancer Society and the Smith Center for Therapeutic Riding.
