Professional chefs judged the specialties. Chef Alyson is a sustainability and green event consultant with nearly 40 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industries, including 15 years leading Zildjian Catering & Consulting. Chef Mark Zildjian is a culinary consultant at Zildjian Consulting, where he brings decades of industry experience and a passion for fresh, sustainable cuisine. Chef Rich Knowles grew up learning about farming and cooking from his father. Since his childhood, Chef Rich would seek fresh, locally-sourced produce. He started Innovative Dining to provide elevated cuisine, crafted from top-quality ingredients. Along with lunch, participants met nonprofit partners to learn about volunteer opportunities as part of S-One's core value of Selfless Service.
