SARASOTA, Florida (July 31, 2026)S-One Holdings Corporation, a global company headquartered in Sarasota with a focus on the digital imaging industry, is excited to announce its recognition as one of Florida’s Best Companies To Work For. 2026 marks the fourth consecutive year that S-One has received this honor. The annual Best Companies To Work For In Florida list, featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine, ranks companies in small, medium, and large employer categories. S-One ranked #9 among mid-sized businesses.

"S-One thanks our team members for continuing to make this recognition possible," said S-One Holdings Corporation Co-Founder Art Lambert. "Our people create a culture unlike any other, one where we embrace our values and share them through our interactions with team members, customers, business partners, and the communities we serve."

S-One core values include Openness, Accountability, Customer First, Respect, Embrace Change, and Selfless Service. The company recently reimagined its Sarasota headquarters emphasizing wellness and comfort. The remodel elevates collaboration and productivity with an open work environment, no personal offices, and buffering design between desks allowing team members quiet space to work on projects and participate in virtual meetings. Collaborative meeting spaces were also added along with new ergonomic chairs and desks that can be positioned for standing and sitting to promote good health and comfort, important factors that help spark innovation and productivity.

To participate in the awards program, companies or government entities were required to have at least 15 workers in Florida and be in operation for at least a year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace culture, policies, practices, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

Our annual Best Companies to Work For In Florida program is a reminder that great workplaces don’t happen by accident,” emphasized Florida Trend Executive Editor Amy Keller. “The companies that stand out are intentional about investing in their people, creating opportunities for them to grow, and building environments where employees want to be. Their examples offer a practical roadmap for any organization looking to attract, retain, and inspire great talent.”

“Standing out from their competition, this year’s group of Best Companies To Work For In Florida sets a path forward for others to follow,” stated Florida Trend President and Publisher David Denor. “Enterprising in their industriesthese creative and inspiring companies recruit, retain, and deliver distinctive workplace environments and employee benefits plans to keep their teams engaged, involved, and constantly collaborating.
