S-One’s Janelle Piersoll and Kevin Drelich Win Business Awards
Sarasota, Fla. – S-One Holdings Corporation was presented with a Gold and Silver Stevie® Award in the Business Development and Sales categories at the 16th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Janelle Piersoll, Vice President of Information Technologies for S-One, won the Gold for Business Development Executive of the Year, and Kevin Drelich, Digital Sales Director for LexJet, was honored with a Silver for Sales Representative of the Year – Technology Industries.
The Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service honor the world’s top customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals.
More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes were considered in this year’s competition to recognize the outstanding response of sales and business executives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Winners were determined by an average score from eight specialized judging committees.
Piersoll was named the Gold winner for Business Development Executive of the Year due to her work integrating the DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES systems after S-One purchased the Belgium-based company in late 2019. S-One Chief Operating Officer Jason Metnick said, “She brought their infrastructure into our ecosystem by converting a warehouse fulfillment system, integrating an ERP system, integrating two websites in different languages, and she did it all completely remote due to COVID travel restrictions.” Piersoll’s work contributed to a year-over-year increase of 50% for DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES from 2020 to 2021. One judge commented on Piersoll’s work, “IT systems integration is often a complex and cumbersome exercise that requires a lot of technical know-how and people to successfully integrate two established systems into one. Well done, Janelle!”
Drelich was honored as the Silver winner for Sales Representative of the Year in Technology Industries. Through his work in Hubspot, LexJet increased its new customer database by 400-500 per month and he helped the National Accounts team beat their 2020 goal by 151%; all of this while in the middle of COVID. “Kevin’s efforts were a huge driver for our company during COVID and have since become instrumental in our business. Because of his work with HubSpot, the sales representatives now get warm leads and can confidently go into a conversation with potential customers knowing they have already shown interest in the product,” said Bill Weiser, Director of Sales at LexJet. One of the judges said of Drelich, “He thought outside the box during a challenging marketplace resulting in the creation of a warm lead generation engine and therefore netted new business. An impressive finish to quota. Well done!”
